• 8th Grade: Defeated Lowndes at home, 31–21
• 7th Grade: Did not play
Boys Basketball
• 7th Grade: Picked up a strong road win at Lowndes, 35–19
• 8th Grade: Fell short in a competitive matchup, 31–21

👏 Anna Cate Day also earned 3rd Overall in Floriculture ID!
FFA members also excelled in the Mini Booth competition within 4 categories members placed:

Tift County Middle School HOSA students recently attended the Health Career Open House at Southern Regional Technical College in Tifton!
Students explored hands-on activities and live demos across a variety of healthcare fields — including EMS, Radiologic Technology, Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, and more.
It was a great day of learning, exploring, and discovering future career paths in healthcare! 🩺✨

Congratulations to our newly State Certified Egg Candlers! 🥚💡
NE and TCHS FFA members participated in an Egg Candling Certification Course offered by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Students completed a written test and candled 72 eggs to earn their official certification!
These dedicated members either raise chickens at home or are part of our Poultry Science Teams, and this hands-on experience helps them take their skills to the next level.
We’re proud of their hard work and achievement — congratulations to all who became State Certified in Egg Candling! 💙💛

Our 7th grade engineering students are exploring the exciting world of Aerospace Engineering! They're diving into the history of flight while designing rockets using online simulators and working hands-on with model building. Students are collaborating in groups to create model rockets that they'll launch outside soon. From digital design to real-world application, these future engineers are learning what it takes to reach new heights!
