🌺🏝️ Teacher Appreciation Week – Day 4: Tropical/Moana Thursday 🏝️🌺 Today at Northeast Middle School, we’re bringing the island vibes and celebrating our amazing teachers with a little sunshine and appreciation! ☀️🌊

Teachers were invited to relax, refresh, and ride the wave by dressing in their favorite Hawaiian wear for our Tropical/Moana themed day! 🌺🌴

To make the day even sweeter, Ms. Huffman & Ms. Morrow made special personal deliveries from Tropical Cafe Smooties to our staff throughout the day! 🍍🥤🍉

Today, the Foundation awarded grants totaling $50,880 to support innovative ideas and opportunities for Tift County schools, teachers, and students. ✨🏈🎬 Teacher Appreciation Week – Day 3 🎬🏈✨ Today at NEMS we brought the spirit of teamwork and determination to life with a sports-themed day inspired by Remember the Titans! 🏆💙

Our staff enjoyed classic game-day favorites—hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, and cheese—as we celebrated the incredible coaches, leaders, and role models in our classrooms. Just like the Titans, our teachers show unity, perseverance, and heart—making a lasting impact on every student they serve.

Our amazing nutrition staff were recognized with flowers and certificates as a small token of our BIG appreciation. Thank you for your hard work, kindness, and dedication to serving our students each day. You truly are heroes in our cafeteria!

Last week we celebrated our incredible bus drivers! 🚌 Our NEMS students made cards for them! We can't express enought how much we appreciate our drivers! Their commitment to safety, reliability, and care helps keep our school community running smoothly every single day. Thank you for all that you do for our students and families!
