Mrs. Dawson’s marketing classes learned about the channel of distribution. Students put what they learned into action with the Amazing Eggstravagant Eggspodition!
Students were given an obstacle course with the following stations: Shellabration Chute, Mount Yolken, Eggspress Highway, Overeasy Bridge, Scrambled Corner, and lastly Over The Easy Sea. Students had to estimate a budget using different products that cost certain amounts along with guessing their time which added into their budget as well! After the obstacle course was complete, students then calculated their real cost to move the egg through the distribution channels and then compared their answers to their estimates. #BTTY#4theT #CTAEdelivers

Mrs. Blaire Hill's Environmental Science class worked hard practicing how to put together a theoretical relief package for a country experiencing food shortages. Since protein is a critical component missing from the diets of people experiencing hunger, students tested the protein contents of various food items to determine which ones would be best to send. Then, based on protein content, price, and storage methods, they developed a four-item relief package. What fun! #BTTY #4theT
