Here is the plan for Field Trip Rollover/Reimbursement.

Any parent that wishes to receive a refund for their field trip money must fill out the form. If you would like to roll over your money, you may fill out the form as well. We will verify that money was paid on behalf of your student before we cut a check. We have all receipt books and a list of paid students to cross reference.
Students in 6th and 7th grade will have an option to roll their money over to next year. If the cost of the trip goes up, you will not have to pay the difference if you choose this option. If you choose reimbursement, you will be refunded the full amount paid, including the $50 deposit. If you choose this option and the cost of the trip goes up next year, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of next years trip. If you only paid the deposit, then you will have to pay the full cost of next years trip either way.
Students in 8th grade will only have the option for reimbursement.
We will cut checks each Friday, and checks will be available for pick up at the school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-12:00.
